PS Plus 12 Month prepaid bill of fare not working
Just bought a 12 months subscription and tried to redeem information technology on my PS5 and information technology says its been already used. Only when I attempt it on PC, information technology shows me that it is 12 months subcription and and so it says
"The prepaid bill of fare could not be redeemed. Delight try once again later.",
maybe they are fifty-fifty disabling basic ps plus bill of fare who knows.
anyone who has aforementioned trouble?

*its 100% legit and should work, bought from store, non from any website like g2a/eneba/etc...

I bought a $200 Ebay gift card, from a store, that had the same issue. Had to requite them some info about the card and some info from the receipt. ii weeks afterward got sent a new one.

Update: Chosen them, they told me to send them photo of prepaid card and receipt and they volition try to redeem it for me, besides they told me that 3months and 12months cards are for some reason not working (in Slovakia and Czechia for sure), but they should be. Thats what I've been told. I've sent them everything they wanted. I will go along y'all updated.

1 calendar month code not working either. I called and they say they are looking into it . Too heard from others that its a server problem on Sony. Just trying to add together a month to give me a full year come June so i tin can upgrade easier

Quick question. Do y'all currently have an active subscription that yous're trying to add together the actress lawmaking on superlative of? I tried purchasing 3 months through the PlayStation Store directly as my lawmaking isn't working and it told me that I tin can't top up my subscription while I currently accept an active subscription that is set to expire in a few days. So I'm wondering if my code will perhaps work once my sub expires. Just thought I'd inquire.

I chatted with playstation and they said they are temporarily disabling adding PS Plus on acme of existing subscriptions. When I asked what will happen to the lawmaking I bought? and if I will be able to redeem it? they disconnected me from the chat and I tin't get dorsum in until probably a few hours or tomorrow.
You would call back spending thousands of dollars with them would requite them the decency to ameliorate their support heart to at least treat customers off-white enough and answer questions.

That would explain why I tin can't top up my PS Plus through the PS Store. Simply says "Y'all've already purchased this item".

I'thousand having the aforementioned result with my 3 calendar month card. Wondering if they've disabled pre-paid cards until the new Subscription releases in June. If so so retailers should be pulling the plug on pre-paid cards and making you aware that they won't work.

Aforementioned thing happening to me today with a year sub from cdkeys. Ps Back up tried to redeem it for me afterwards i had tried everything and they said to contact place of purchase considering information technology wasn't activated properly so only gona chargeback.
Too when I click subscribe on the ps5 shop it gives a error code and when I go to renew sub in settings it says something went wrong and so its actually impossible to resub right now.
Edit - Cdkeys told me it is activated but Sony isn't allowing people to stack subs and to try again once my sub runs out which is in a couple days and then guess I'll discover out presently.

I tried redeeming a card from Amazon but information technology won't work. Did they as well deactivate PS Plus cards and just not tell the retailers? I thought information technology was just PS Now. If they did then I actually promise we can get refunds since we bought a production that doesn't piece of work at all.

effort contacting support, I've been told that if you transport them everything they wanted (photos of card and receipt) they will activate it for you

Unfortunately I don't think you can until PlayStation make up one's mind to fix it. Looking at comments on here and other places it seems PlayStation have entirely disabled the power to subscribe to PS Plus. Seen a lot of people say they can't even subscribe to PS Plus from the PS Shop anymore. People were taking advantage of the migration to PS Plus Premium in June so this is PlayStation trying to stop that from happening. So the remainder of u.s.a. are now waiting for PlayStation to give us the option to resubscribe once again. 😩

Same situation here, I have subscription until March 23. Grabbed this i on sale in JRC (legit shop). Cannot actuate it, support told me the aforementioned thing. We'll see. P.S. Czech republic

Call the client service number on the dorsum of the bill of fare. They should fix the issue. Accept the receipt gear up considering if it'southward a retailer issue might have go through them.

Must be a organization event due to the conversion. It's not registering/recognizing
